Hangzhou Hengli machiney was established in 1993, which locates in Fengdu Industry Zone of Yuhang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. The factory covers 15000 square meters, including alloy steel chain, manual hoist, metal working and sheet metal working departments. Hengli strictly follows a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance to the ISO9001:2008 guideline. In addition, some of our distinct products are also accredited by CE and GS.

   Hengli has been focusing on research, development, design, production and service of various hoists. Our philosophy of management and quality control are based on European and American standards. The load chain production are the most critical production processes. Those processes rely on our experience staff and advance equipment. It is not reply on any outsourcing factories. Hengli has 9 full automatic production lines for alloy steel chain, which can supply the dimensions from 5 mm to 16 mm with grade 43, 70 and 80. Also we can produce any special size chain and slings according to the customers’ requirements.

   Regarding to the quality control, we have equipped with advance scientific testing instruments, say CNC testing machine which was designed by Zhejiang university that can test the hoists form 500 kg to 20 tons, endurance test machine and destruction test machine up to 100 tonnes ...... etc. With the development of advanced technology at home and abroad, we have been developing various products to satisfy different customers' needs.
